Arrangements under inclement weather condition: 

For activity not yet started

• If typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted or the Black Rainstorm warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory on or after 12noon on activity day, activity will be cancelled.
• When the HK Observatory announces Typhoon Signal No.8 (or above) will be hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning signal will be issued on or after 12noon, activity  will be cancelled.
• SMS will be sent out on the event day to notify the ambassadors about the arrangement.

For activity started

• When Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted during the Ceremony, activity will be cancelled immediately.
• When Black Rainstorm Warning signal is hoisted during the Ceremony, activity will be continued.
