The ADC may give out the remaining tickets at any circumstance, which will be served on a "first-come, first-served" base. Please be updated on our website after 10 June: http://www.aaiss.hk
- Reserved tickets will be sent to the teacher in-charge by the end of June. Please be reminded that the reserved seating is fixed. Each person must hold a ticket in order to be admitted at the ceremony.
Scholarship and certificate of recognition
- The HKD $500 cheque scholarship will be issued and mailed to the school by the end of June. The scholarship shall be handed to the ambassador by the teacher in-charge together with the ceremony tickets.
- Each ambassador will be granted a certificate of recognition, which will be given out in the ceremony. Certificates will be mailed to the school after the ceremony, in case of any absence.
Rehearsal
- All ambassadors should attend the rehearsal shortly before the ceremony formally starts. Hence, students are expected to arrive earlier at the venue that afternoon. Further details will be announced by the end of June.
Notes on photo-taking
- Official photographers are arranged for the ceremony. Photos and videos will be uploaded on our website shortly after the event.
