* Creative+ Arts Camp is one of the compulsory activities for all arts ambassadors.
* A registration letter with event details has been sent to the responsible teachers and arts ambassadors via email. Please read carefully and submit the reply slip accordingly.
Certificate & Activity Allowance:
Arts ambassadors who are unable to attend the Creative+ Arts Camp are required to submit the documents listed below to the HKADC Administration Office within one month after the event. Otherwise, the arts ambassador will be regarded as absent from the activity:-
(1) Complete the reply slip with substantial reason of absence
(2) Submit documents to the HKADC Administration Office via email on or before 5 May 2024
- A leave application letter with teacher’s signature or school chop
- An arts performance/ exhibition review (not less than 150 words in either Chinese/ English) with activity photos
